Quadprime Cyprus Ltd, as data protection professionals, we walk the talk when it comes to processing personal data.

We are committed and abide by the principles of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).  

We process personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.

We only collect data in the context of our service portfolio which is mainly Business to Business. We collect only names, telephone numbers and email addresses of physical persons working in the organisations we provide our services for the following purposes:

  • Conduct meetings, networking and project work
  • Issue of training certificates
  • Invoicing and accounting purposes
  • Paying salaries and commissions   

We  retain these personal data for as long as the business relationship is ongoing as part of our legitimate interests and to fulfill our legal obligations as a legal entity.

We put effort to keep all the personal information up to date and relevant for the purposes explained above.

While personal data are in our possession, we take all necessary measures to safeguard the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the data through appropriate data security measures at both technical and organisational level. 

We also make sure that we keep to the minimum any processing by external processors and if we do that we put in place adequate terms which always specify the applicable safeguards implemented by the external processor. Such processor is our cloud providers. 

Based on our personal data processing activities, data subjects - apart from their right to be informed through this policy- they have the right to access and have their personal data corrected. They have also the right to object and restrict processing of the personal data we hold on them. 

Quadprime reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. All queries concerning our privacy policy can be send to our email info@quadprime.com. In case of complaints which cannot be adequately resolved with us, data subject have the right  to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the Privacy Commissioner's Office (email: commissioner@dataprotection.gov.cy)
